The webinars take place on the video conferencing software “Zoom” and are conducted in Swiss German. Participation in the webinars is free of charge for you. The procedure is very simple. After registering, you will receive all the information by e-mail. On the day of the webinar, you log in via the link you receive and follow the webinar live. After the webinar, you are welcome to ask any questions you still have in a discussion round.

The webinars are aimed at specialists and managers from companies that commission market research, e.g. from the areas of operational market research, marketing, sales, PR and corporate management, customer experience, customer relationship and quality management.

How to participate

We conduct our webinars with the Zoom software.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the participation link. If you are attending a Zoom meeting for the first time, you may need to install a browser extension on your computer. Simply follow the instructions on the screen. Firefox and Google Chrome allow you to join without downloading an app or registering. To do so, simply click on the small print link “participate with your browser” on the page to which the zoom link leads. You can also join via the Zoom Cloud Meetings smartphone app.
